PAYMENT INFORMATION: We accept online credit card payment, Visa and MasterCard only. We will not bill your credit card until your product is ready to ship. We also will accept credit card payment over the phone. If you are a California resident, State Sales Tax of 7.75% will be automatically calculated at the time you place your order. You may also choose to pay by either Cashier's check or Money Order payable to The Porcelain Knob Shop. DO NOT SEND CASH OR POST DATED CHECKS. Once you place your order at The Porcelain Knob Shop, a confirmation will be sent to you acknowledging receipt. If payment is by check or money order, include your order number on your check/money order. All checks and money orders will be deposited upon receipt. Returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 service charge. All prices are subject to change without notice. SHIPPING INFORMATION: WE CUSTOMIZE AND HAND APPLY DESIGNS TO EVERY KNOB OR PULL UPON TIME OF ORDER. U.S. ORDERS: Please allow three to four weeks from receipt of your order to delivery (if ordering within the United States and using a credit card). All U.S. orders are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. There are no minimum order requirements. U.S. shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated at the time of your order, based on total value. If your order is needed sooner than the allowable time, please contact us. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipping costs for International orders are calculated separately and will not appear on your initial order. You will be sent an e-mail with the costs and an estimated time for delivery. You will be required to respond to the e-mail with your acceptance of the shipping/handling costs prior to the processing of your order. Most orders do ship via U.S. Global Express Mail, for a 3-5 day delivery. If you have any questions with regard to your International order, please contact us.
